  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order jewelry may require additional processing time. Estimated production times will be provided at checkout or upon order confirmation.

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, selected shipping method, and order value.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website when available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date.

For damaged shipments, please provide:

While we will assist in filing claims with the shipping carrier, Lush Jewels & Jewelry Store is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost or stolen.
